Ingredients:
1lb ground hamburger
1 small onion
1/2 cup ketchup
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic
2 cups elbow pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
In a large sauce pan brown the hamburger
Add ground mustard, garlic powder, onion, ketchup, and salt/pepper
Warm on medium heat while stirring together
Add the pasta and beef broth, heat to boil and cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes
remove pot and stir in cheese until melted, allow to cool and serve.
