Crock-Pot Beef soup

Ingredients:

1lb steak tips or beef tips

3/4 cup rice of your choice

32oz beef stock

2 tsp salt

1tsp pepper

14.5oz can diced tomatoes

2 medium carrots cut into1/4" slices

2 stalks of celery cut into 1/4" slices

1 cup green beans sliced

1 small onion

1 bay leaf

6 sprigs fresh thyme


Directions:

Place steak tips in slow cooker and cover with rice, vegetables, and herbs

Cover with beef stock and stir

Cook on low for 8 hours

Remove thyme stems and serve.
