Ingredients:
1lb. boneless chicken breast
1 30oz of frozen diced hash browns
1 32oz box chicken broth
1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz pkg. original cream cheese
1 9oz package real bacon bits
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Boil chicken breast and shred, add to crock-pot
Add the hash browns, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup to the crock-pot
Cover with half the package of bacon bits and salt/pepper to taste
Cook on low for 7-8 hours
One hour before serving cut softened cream cheese into cubes and add to pot
Stir occasionally to mix cream cheese completly
top off the pot with shredded cheese and bacon bits to your desired quantities
