Pumpkin Pie

Ingredient:

1 Can 15oz pumpkin

1 14oz can condensed sweetened milk

2 eggs

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

9" Unbaked pie crust


Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degree F

In a small sauce pan mix pumpkin and condensed milk on low heat for a few minutes

Once mixed well remove from heat

Beat eggs for easier mixing and add with other ingredient to sauce pan

Mix well and pour into pie crust, bake for 15 minutes

Reduce heat to 350 degree F and continue cooking 35 minutes
