Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredient:

Roast

Potatoes, cut into chunks (of most variety)

Baby carrots

1 large onion

32oz Beef broth

2-3 cloves garlic minced

Salt/Pepper

Cornstarch


Directions:

Chop onion and potatoes into chunks

Place roast in crock-pot, adding vegetables and minced garlic around the roast

Pour beef broth on top and cover

Cook on low for 8 hours

Shred roast and serve
