Easy jalapeno salsa

Ingredients:

1 can 10oz diced tomatoes and chilies

1 jalapeno cut into coins

1 garlic clove


Directions:

Chop jalapeno into coins and remove most of the seeds for a more mild salsa, leave them in for the hottest salsa.

In a food processor blend the jalapeno, adding the garlic clove half way through

After chopping the jalapeno and garlic up well, add tomatoes and chilies

Continue to chop until well blended
