1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Sage
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Large diced onion
1 1/2 cups sliced mushroom
1 Cup beef broth
Combine the beef, pork, parsley, sage, onion powder, salt & pepper in a large bowl and mix together well. Form 1-inch meatballs.
Place the onion, mushroom, and broth in the Instant Pot and add the meatballs on top.
close lid and select MEAT, cook for 35 minutes.
Using a mitt, press/hold the Quick pressure release button.
Using a slotted spoon or tongs remove the meatballs from Instant Pot. Strain out the onion and mushroom and puree in blender, remove 1/2 cup of liquid from Instant Pot then add puree and turn Instant Pot to sauté.
Stirring frequently, reduce liquid into a gravy to serve over meatballs.
